Kingdom Notary & Compliance Services is a mobile notary and compliance services provider operating in New Jersey. KNCS provides mobile notary appointments, Remote Online Notarization when eligible, loan signing, estate planning notarization, I-9 employment verification, and mobile ink fingerprinting to individuals, families, employers, lenders, and organizations throughout New Jersey and select New York service areas.

KNCS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. This Privacy Policy governs information collected through the website and during the service intake and scheduling process. It does not govern information contained within notarized documents, which are handled in accordance with applicable New Jersey notarial laws and professional standards.

Information Collected During Service Appointments

During a notary appointment, identity verification may require you to present valid government-issued photo identification. KNCS reviews identification as required by New Jersey notarial law but does not retain copies of identity documents unless required by law or specifically requested as part of the service. Information recorded in notary journals is maintained in accordance with applicable New Jersey notarial laws and professional standards.

What KNCS does not collect KNCS does not collect payment card numbers, bank account information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial or government identification numbers through this website. Payment is processed in person at the time of service using secure payment methods.

How We Use Information

KNCS uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To respond to service requests. Contact information and service details are used to review your request, confirm availability, communicate about pricing, and prepare your appointment.
  • To confirm and schedule appointments. Location, date preference, and service type are used to coordinate scheduling and travel requirements.
  • To complete notary and compliance services. Information about document type, signer requirements, employer instructions, and appointment conditions is used to prepare and complete the requested service.
  • To communicate before, during, and after appointments. Email and phone information may be used to confirm appointments, follow up on incomplete requests, or provide next steps after service.
  • To maintain notary records. New Jersey notary law may require certain appointment information to be recorded in a notary journal. Records are maintained in compliance with applicable law.

  • To comply with legal obligations. KNCS may use or retain information as required by applicable New Jersey law, federal law, or professional standards governing notary public services.
KNCS does not use your information for marketing to third parties Information submitted through the service request form or collected during appointment scheduling is used only to coordinate and complete your service request. KNCS does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third-party marketers.

Sharing of Information

KNCS does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

With Employers, Lenders, and Title Companies

For I-9 verification appointments, information about the completed verification may be returned to the employer according to their instructions. For loan signing appointments, completed documents are returned to the lender or title company as directed. KNCS handles such information in accordance with the instructions provided and applicable professional standards.

With Service Providers

KNCS uses third-party tools to operate the website, receive service requests, and manage scheduling. These providers may process contact information as part of their services. See Section 5 for details. Service providers are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes beyond operating the tools KNCS uses.

As Required by Law

KNCS may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, or government authority, or when disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of KNCS, its clients, or the public.

With Your Consent

KNCS may share information in any other circumstance with your express consent.

When you schedule an appointment through Calendly, Calendly's privacy policy governs the information you submit to that platform. KNCS receives scheduling confirmation and contact information from Calendly to prepare your appointment.

KNCS is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with scheduling or communicating with KNCS.

Cookies & Website Tracking

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, analyze usage, and support security features. KNCS does not independently set tracking cookies beyond those used by Squarespace's platform.

Types of Cookies That May Be Used

  • Essential cookies. Required for basic website functionality, form submission, and security features. These cannot be disabled without affecting core site operation.
  • Analytics cookies. Used to understand how visitors use the website, including pages visited and time on site. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

  • Service request information submitted through the contact form is retained for the period necessary to respond to the request and coordinate service, and may be retained for reasonable follow-up communication thereafter.
  • Notary journal records are maintained in accordance with New Jersey notary public law, which may require retention for a period specified by the New Jersey Secretary of State.
  • Scheduling records managed through Calendly are subject to Calendly's data retention policies.
  • Website analytics data is retained as configured within the analytics platform (typically 26 months for Google Analytics standard retention).

When personal information is no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies, KNCS will delete or de-identify it in a manner appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

KNCS takes reasonable steps to protect the information collected through this website and during the service process from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Reliance on Squarespace's platform security for website hosting and form submissions
  • Use of Calendly's secure scheduling platform for appointment data

No transmission is completely secure While KNCS uses commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. KNCS cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the internet. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights with respect to your personal information. KNCS will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.

Access and Correction

Deletion

You may request that KNCS delete personal information it holds about you, subject to any legal retention obligations. Notary journal records and other information required to be retained under New Jersey law cannot be deleted on request.

Opting Out of Communications

If you have received communications from KNCS regarding a service request and no longer wish to be contacted, you may notify KNCS by email or phone and KNCS will honor that request for non-legally-required communications.

New Jersey Residents

New Jersey residents may have additional rights under applicable New Jersey privacy laws. KNCS will comply with all applicable New Jersey law regarding the handling of personal information.

California Residents

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of sale of personal information. To exercise any of the rights listed above, contact KNCS using the information in Section 12. KNCS will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time. KNCS may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children's Privacy

This website and the KNCS service request process are not directed to children under the age of 13. KNCS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Some notary services, such as school consent forms, travel consent forms for minors, and guardianship documents, involve documents that relate to minors. In these cases, the personal information collected relates to the adult signer requesting the service, not the minor. KNCS does not collect or retain personal information about minors beyond what is present in the document being notarized.

If KNCS becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 through the website, it will delete such information promptly.
