  • Remote Online Notarization is priced separately and is available only when the document and receiving party allow remote notarization.
  • Estate planning and loan signing appointments may cost more when multiple signers, large document sets, witnesses, printing, scan-backs, or facility coordination are required.
  • I-9 verification is not a notarization. KNCS may assist only when the employer authorizes a representative and provides instructions.
  • Fingerprint card acceptance is determined by the requesting agency, not by KNCS.

How much does mobile notary service cost in New Jersey?

Pricing is based on the notarial acts performed, document type, service scope, and appointment conditions.

What identification is required for a notary appointment?

Each signer must present valid, current government-issued photo identification at the appointment. Common examples include a driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport, or military ID. KNCS verifies identity, willingness, and readiness before completing any notarial act.

What if the appointment cannot be completed?

An appointment may not be completed if the signer does not have acceptable identification, is not present, appears unwilling or unable to sign, lacks awareness of the document, does not have required witnesses, presents an incomplete document, or requests a service that cannot be performed. Travel fees may apply once KNCS has traveled to the appointment location.
